Oregon Approves CritiCall for Use

The Oregon Department of Public Safety recently approved the use of CritiCall by agencies throughout the State of Oregon!

In a letter received from the Certification Coordinator, CritiCall was informed that representatives from the State of Oregon had "reviewed the validation studies and test submitted for CritiCall supporting your request to have the test approved for use by Oregon public agencies hiring telecommunicators and/or emergency medical dispatchers. I am pleased to report that the test and materials are approved for use in this state by public agencies."
